Flexibility in manufacturing:

Ultrasonic punching machine for Park distance controls in different variants of bumpers

By combining modern robot technology with our high-developed ultrasonic technology we will show you the possibilities of flexibility in production. In our significant simulation, the robot moves the different punching areas of the bumper to the ultrasonic punching device.

Shorter process times with sonotrode cooling

Our new-developed sonotrode cooling technology allows to reduce the cooling-down period of the sonotrodes by 75%. This makes the flexible manufacturing with ultrasound much more efficient, reducing process times by more than 35%.
