We are present on the interpack trade fair '08 with our innovative ultrasonic technologies and machines for the packaging and food industry:
Ultrasonic film indexing machine
The ultrasonic film indexing machine is designed for transversal welding of film with ultrasonic technology. Depending on the application and on the thickness of the film, it is possible to realize up to 900 shots a minute. Despite the high output, it distinguishes through a high stability thanks to the pendular movement of the sonotrode and the rotation of the anvil. This means that the new process handles the ultrasonic components very gently, generating a relatively low mechanical stress.
Ultrasonic standard machines
Our standard machines work with ultrasounds of 20 kHz or 35 kHz for welding, cutting or punching of thermoplastics, textiles, fleeces or foodstuff in different applications.
Ultrasonic sonotrode table
The patented sonotrode table is designed to combine several block sonotrodes to form one flat welding area. The size and the form of the packaging can be individually determined by the anvil's geometry.
