Textile Processing
The SONOTRONIC textile processing machines are designed to be operated
in a continuous industrial process. After the material has been dyed or
finished and has passed through ultrasonic thermofixing, it can be checked for
faults using the installations for inspection.
If the material is to subsequently make up, SONOTRONIC offers various machines based on ultrasonic or hot plate technologies for cutting, punching or embossing. Different winding and coiling installations can be added at the beginning or at the end of the process. The modular character of the individual processing stages means that they can be added to at any time.
For special applications and customer requests we also develop special machines for textile processing, using the above mentioned technologies.

Ultrasonic Thermofixing Machines Finishing narrow fabrics has been fundamentally revolutionized and rationalized by the use of ultrasonic thermofixing machines and their latest technology. |
Dyeing and Finishing Machines The new dyeing and finishing machines allow narrow fabrics to be processed for the first time separately on both sides, so that they can be dyed with different colours on both sides. |
Installations for Inspection The quality control installations are designed precisely to inspect textile materials immediately after production. |
Ultrasonic Cutting and Punching Machines The machine program for making up textile materials is based on the beneficial use of ultrasound for cutting and punching. |
Hot Blade Cutting Machines The SONOTRONIC machine program for textile processing also includes hot blade cutting machines for automatic cutting to length of non-elastic and elastic synthetic belts. |
Winding and Coiling Installations The different SONOTRONIC winding and coiling installations can be operated alone or together with other textile processing machines. |

Special Machines for Textile Processing The numerous applications of ultrasound technology in textile processing make it possible to achieve individual, custom built, special textile machines. |
