The ultrasonic cutting and punching machines from SONOTRONIC are very versatile because of the specially adapted ultrasonic tools. Ultrasonic technology improves cutting quality and performance. Moreover it is possible to seal the fabric simultaneously by ultrasound during cutting or punching, which results in neat trim edges and prevents the material from fraying. The direct mode of action of ultrasound means that no heating or cooling down periods are needed when starting and stopping the machine or when changing tools.
