	Project Consulting In addition to conventional advice about component design and machine concepts for customized special machines and equipment, SONOTRONIC offers you the special tools of “Simultaneous Engineering” within your product development.
	Research and Development In our R&D laboratory, we develop new applications for the use of ultrasound and other technologies and continuously improve existing processes. We will also do customised sample work for you and advise you until the ideal solution is found.
	Engineering and Design Using outstanding technical knowledge and experience from more than 1000 successfully completed projects, we engineer special machines for various applications: ranging from ultrasonic welding machines for sealing thermoplastic packaging through to robot systems for the flexible, ultrasonic punching of bumpers.
	Assembly and Commissioning In an area of more than 9000 m² we produce the latest standard and special machines. Our team of experienced staff and motivated trainees is always standing by to assemble and commission machines at our customers’ premises.
	Repair and Maintenance At the request of the customer, our qualified skilled workers carry out maintenance work on machines at regular intervals. We reply to repair enquiries with short response times and appropriate solutions.
	Training At our training sessions, we comprehensively qualify your employees to use our technologies and machines. We will train you in our training rooms in Karlsbad, as required, or at your premises on request.
	After-sales Service The after-sales service of SONOTRONIC is available Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. We can be reached 24 hours a day on our service hotline.
