Assembly and Commissioning
In an area of more than 9000 m² we produce the latest standard and special machines. Our team of experienced staff and motivated trainees is always standing by to assemble and commission machines at our customers’ premises.
In a spacious production area, which was only extended in 2007, we manufacture every year more than 120 special machines for plastics processing that use ultrasonic, hot plate and lasers. We produce the vital components of our machines in our own tool and model building facilities.
In addition to Karlsbad, which is the registered office of the company, there are further production sites in Arnsberg (Germany), Barcelona (Spain) and Brighton (USA).
At our customers’ sites we erect the machines, align them according to instructions and configure them for the production of serial parts. We then train our customers’ employees to operate and maintain the machines.
